If you’re wondering what skincare items you should pack and what to leave behind for your upcoming vacation, then read along.
The number one most important skincare item I make sure to bring with me is a facial cleanser. Since I usually take photos of myself every day on a vacation, I tend to put makeup on daily which is not what I usually do when I’m at home. So I like to remove my makeup as soon as I’m back at the hotel in order to give my skin a break.
Although it is a lazy girl’s favorite way to remove makeup, I’m not a big fan of makeup wipes. This is because my face always turns red when I use them and I’ve read time and time again how harsh it is on the skin. So here’s my advice, if you’re going to invest in something, it should be a good cleanser.
The next most important items I would pack: a trusty moisturizer for added hydration, SPF and lip balm.
There you have it, your low maintenance skincare essentials packed. Of course, if you have more room you could totally go ahead and add all your oils and masks but if you know you won’t have much time to add them into your routine on vacation I would just save some space in my bag for NEW skincare purchases! Ha.
A few great cleansers on rotation in my routine are:
- NUORI Vital Foaming Cleanser
- Alex Carro Facial Cleanser
Some of my favorite moisturizers:
